When reporting a problem, it helps to include the device you're using (e.g. iPhone, iPad, web browser) and what you were doing when the problem occurred.

• How do I sign in? Use the email address you registered with. If you've forgotten your password, choose “Forgot password” on the sign-in screen to receive a reset link.
• How do I manage my subscription? Sign in on the web at study.churchnet.app and open Account to view or change your plan.
• Where do answers come from? Every answer is built from Scripture, sound commentaries, and a trusted library — and cites its sources so you can examine them for yourself.
• How do I delete my account or data? Email hello@churchnet.app and we'll delete your account data within 30 days, as described in our Privacy Policy.
